Shanghai steel ball plant has introduced oxygen content tester, profiler, roundness tester, vibration meter and other precision testing instruments, so that every production link of raw material entering factory to finished product is controlled. In order to ensure the high strength and reliability of the automobile ball, we carry out eddy current testing for each batch of steel balls and determine the value of CPK and CM for the special process.

Over the years, our factory has won the quality of Shanghai GKN drive shaft Co., ekchor General Motors, Wuxi Weifu Group Co Ltd, EMPI group of the United States and other customers issued by the inspection certificate and quality certificate. In December 2003, the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification certificate was awarded by the Shanghai quality system certification center.
